This CD, entitled Red Priest, also includes three other works by Philip Wilby performed by the Black Dyke Band under the direction of its musical director, Nicholas Childs: Red Priest, Concertpiece, and Wondrous Cross. A Brontë Mass was recorded in November 2009 at Blackheath Halls; the other works were recorded in Morley Town Hall in May 2010.
